That is a pretty guitar. I have a Squire Telecaster that I play around the house, so I'm not exactly a guitar snob.
Enjoy it and play it well!
We looked at the Fender Squires. I'm not a fan, but they're better than what Ian was taking back and forth to school. It's a decent low-end guitar. A lot of times you just have to go with what feels right and what you can afford.
If my reading means anything, guitar companies are starting to make really very good guitars in the $300 to $600 range, using good woods and better mechanisms, rather than the cheapie tuning knobs, etc.
This is the one I have. It's really a nice little guitar for the money.

My dd and I spent Friday afternoon in the music shop. She's angling for a new guitar (she only has three)so she had to play every guitar in the place.
It was quite a jam session and I have a few ideas for Christmas.
(but not in the $600 range!)

Yesterday i bought FFXI gold for my friend.
i want him like it. i will give Final Fantasy XI gold to him
as birthday present. i like the cheap Final Fantasy XI Gold very much.
I usually buy FFXI Gil and keep it in my store.
