A New Blog

I started a new blog a week or so ago. It's called Fat2Fit and it has nothing to do with writing. But if you're interested in my ramblings about exercise and activity and this is an issue for you as well, swing on by and let me know what you think. Or if you have a jock friend or someone who needs to exercise or likes to exercise but has problems actually getting around to it, point them my way.

Don't know whether I'll comment much on your new blog. Kind of hurts to read it. I loved running when I was able to do it for a few years in my forties. Eventually my back wouldn't let me continue. Doctors seem to hate running. It is probably tends to cause injuries more than other forms of exercise you could do but it is great exercise, and takes a lot less time than walking, say. I guess you need to always do less than you think you can. Stay below your real limits while training. And buy good shoes! Good luck.
I understand. :) I didn't expect all my writing blog readers to be interested in my physical fitness and health ponderings.
If I could find my old running logs from 15 years ago I could pretend they were current and trade running stories. Heck for a 58 year old my times then might be almost average.
